Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy • 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee (20 % of the service price). • No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up without any notice, they may be charged the full cost of the service in their next session, be responsible. 2. Late Arrival Policy • Grace Period: A 10-15 minute grace period may be allowed. After this period, the appointment time may be shortened, or the appointment may be canceled, depending on the schedule. • Late Arrivals Beyond Grace: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
